At SSPL the Quality policy ensures that project groups work towards analysis and understanding of SDLC phases and thus are to ensure that:

		All planning, estimation and monitoring are carried out with due recognition of such phases
		The project Management functionaries will focus on dispatching project deliverables as per the  identified SDLC phases, as far as practicable
		Quality is built-in to the project deliverables during each phase of its life cycle.
